This policy allows certain qualifying medical professionals to apply for a home loan or investment loan and waive LMI (lender's mortgage insurance).

Medico applicants can borrow between 90-95% LVR and pay no LMI
Max lending <$5,000,000

Be a member of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
For eligible Medical Professionals, the status must be registered and the Registration Type must be Provisional, General or Specialist.

Medical professional with a minimum income threshold of $90,000 per annum:

Sports and Entertainment

This policy allows eligible Sports and Entertainment Professionals to apply for a home loan or investment loan and waive LMI (lender's mortgage insurance).

Applicants can borrow up to 90% LVR and pay no LMI
Max lending is dependent on the lender (usually <$5,000,000)

To be classified as a Professional Sports and Entertainment Person, the talent must have an accredited Manager, Agent or Accountant.
